CPU: The Athlon X4 860K will cover all your needs.
Motherboard: also pretty simple and reliable.
Memory: 8GB is overkill but it fits your budget so I just went with it.
SSD: I was able to fit an SSD in there and its pretty blessed. Windows should load up hella fast.
Case: Overpriced case included as recommended.
Keyboard: There's your keyboard with a touchpad.
