Sigh. Maybe I'm just jaded, but my mind processed this with;

"60 tickets issue" - ok....

"10 to drivers in today's demonstration" - and the other 50 to counter protesters?

"9 for noise violations" - oh, only 41 to counter protesters then?

I have no concept whether the counters got ticketed or not, but my brain just can't seem to let go of them issuing mailed tickets to all of the counter protesters, then releasing this type of worded announcement in an attempt to convince folks mad at the convoy they heavily ticketed the convoy, when in the end, they barely did.

Fucking hope all 60 tickets went to folks actually deserving of them... but I fucking doubt it.
