I’m not sure in that. I tried doing a quick google search and got sonic the headgehog body pillows along with your basic tips:

Don’t drink too much caffeine Stay off your phone before you go to sleep Keep a normal sleeping schedule Etc.

Reading might work. Especially if you read about about your DR if you’re going to someplace like that. Meditation also makes me a lot more tired. I commented on your post a while ago but since then, I’ve heard people saying that you don’t have to do the raven method on your back so if that’s a problem for you, try that. You could also try changing methods. I’ve been using the staircase method and a few awake methods and that where I’ve gotten the most symptoms. Especially as of lately. If you want to know what those are, let me know and I’ll explain them to you
