HOLY SHIT I have a story for that...
Ung TL nagsabi sa isa kong kasama na buntis:
"Basta pag may medical or may lakad kayo, kausapin niyo ako ah? Dapat before the day hanggang 2AM lng k?"
That was thursday then the nung Friday, nag-submit ng clinical papers ang buntis kong workmate na hindi sya papasok nung next weekend, tapos biglang nagalit sa kanya kahit nag-fafollow naman sya ng instructions.
Sa sobrang toxic nya to the point na, nag-AWOL ung buntis ang 14 agents ay naging 7 then 6 then 5. 2 resigned, the rest ay AWOL. Grabe ung AWOL sa team namin to the point na napansin ng OM and ng HR. Nagkaroon ng FGD, Focus group discussion, we have so many screenshots kung paano nya kami tinrato kaso nandun ang mga kiss ass tenured ng TL so hindi ako makapagsalita.
From 5 naging 7-8? I think, her attitude improved pero... Ewan. Ung nagka-covid ako, binigyan ko sya ng papeles that CLEAR STATES ung recommended date na pwede na ako mag-work.
I sent her a PDF file of that recommendation letter ng Doc, she still asks "Kailan ka babalik?"
I sent her a screenshot of the said document and circle the date, with a "According po sa med document Friday po". TANGINA THAT;S NOT ENOUGH, she's been dming me for almost a week, asking kung kailan ako papasok. It was so fucking annoying to the point na I gave up and pumasok the day BEFORE NG RECOMMENDED DATE ng doctor. I was weak as shit. Buti ung Sat and Sunday ay enough para maka-recover ako sa COVID.
Then 7 months after that d ako makapasok sa office (ONSITE na ako) kasi ang sakit ng ngipin ko, I pass all the documentation tapos I was marked as absent agad, I emailed the HR about this and ask for a clarification.
Then sabi ng TL ko: "So nagsumbong ka pala sa HR, sabi ni TL (name)"
POTA?! FIRST OFF, You're NOT supposed to KNOW that.
SECOND, Why the fuck did you mark me as absent? When I notify you more or less 2hours before the shift na hindi ako papasok?!?!?!??! Which is more than our requirement of notifying you which is 1 hour BEFORE THE SHIFT.
The HR changed my tagging to sick leave.
Then nung pumasok ako, nakalimutan ng TL na hindi dapat ako pumasok kasi wala akong "Fit to work", so nag-aksaya ako ng pera for that day, buti nlng at medyo maaga pa kundi then grab ako from Alabang to Cavite, putangina nya. Bakit alam to ng ibang TL?!!?!? (I asked the other TLs especially my mum's friend dun sa company na un).
Then sumama pakiramdam ko sa work, I went to the clinic, then pinauwi ako making sure that the clinic sends an email to my supervisor. I notify her na pinauwi ako and send the paperworks from the clinic as proof. And then nagreklamo sya.
Ang bait ng ibang TL dun sa company na un, I swear, pero eto?! Demonyo. Muntikan na nga ma-resign un eh and inescalate na rin sya sa HR.
