(I unintentionally pressed post earlier when I dropped my phone and I wasn't done writing lol)Well, a lot of what happened happened because of Scott. I thought about this during S6A. I don't think Peter would've bitten Stiles, and if he did, honestly I love Stiles but I feel like he had a slightly higher chance of going dark side than Scott. Sticking with the what-if of Stiles never being bitten though, I agree he probably would've eventually learned to defend himself and he still (eventually) would've learned about the supernatural goings on in Beacon Hills. I think we would see less comedy from Stiles though. I think most of his humor was written to balance him and Scott.I think the show would veer toward Stiles being a hunter, and maybe even joining the Argents. But then maybe about halfway through the show, we see him and Allison (either together or on their own) realizing that not every wolf needs to be put down. I think Isaac would be Allison's person that helps her with this. Isaac and Derek would still find their way to each other in my alternate universe, though how and when he becomes a wolf will vary without Scott around. I'm not sure who would be a good person to help Stiles go from hunter to ally. I like to think Derek, maybe through a slightly more serious brother-type bond than we've seen but I can't think of how that might get started. Maybe Derek saves him one night?I think Lydia still would've learned about her abilities at about the same pace, maybe a few episodes later though. Jackson, I feel like the reason he so badly wanted to be a werewolf was because he felt the need to compete against Scott. Without Scott there, maybe Jackson would've taken a more apprehensive attitude about becoming a werewolf and would've stayed human, avoiding his transformation into a kanima. I think Kira still might've joined the group, maybe Malia but she's a big if. Unless Derek ends up being the one to find her and help with her change instead of Scott. Liam, probably not. Scott was kind of his main reason for joining the group. He would stay human. He probably wouldn't even be in the show.Deucalion wouldn't be in the show either. He only came to Beacon Hills because of (mostly) Scott. Unless he sees Derek creating betas as a challenge, I don't see him coming to Beacon Hills as soon as he did. Maybe he could be the main villain in S4, 5 or 6. And whichever season he makes his appearance would bring along the Nemeton-Jennifer Blake-kitsune-nogitsune storylines. Again, I think a lot of the storylines would either be pushed back or non-existent because of Scott's absence. I could go on but I think this post is long enough

This is great. I love these. I like Stiles as a werewolf but I can definitely see him as a bad-ass hunter. I don't think he would be that different personality-wise.
