We are actively working in our next step for our lending services. Our Decentralized Lending Pools (DLPs).
Decentralized Lending Pools (DLPs) are basically the next step in the Aave development to turn ETHLend into reserve-pool model (keeping still current ETHLend as an order matching marketplace for OTC lending). The main idea of DLPs are that you are able to park liquidity and earn passive income. From the perspective of borrower, you would be able to draw liquidity instantly by simply depositing your collateral. The USP in the market would be the possibility to swap from variable to fixed rates as you wish.
Also we are working in the integration of our services (for example Aave Pay) to make the interaction with all them really easy and seamless. In the new ecosystem we are building our token will be core and will rule the decisions related with them. About that also there is an incoming token swap to add new functionalities, change the name and possible change of the ratio. We released some weeks ago an update in our roadmap and a new update in ETHLend opening to US lenders. Here more info:
