[landlord -AL] towing a tenants vehicle from a paid parking lot for not paying parking fees.

Me? I'm not a lawyer yet, I'm a professional tenant. I've never had trouble getting a lawyer for my cases. Over the past three years, I've made well over 100k from landlords and AirBNB owners who thought I was too poor to pose a threat to them:

  • $45,000 (all cash) for illegal lockout after three months away from the property,

  • $38,000 (10k cash, 28k waived rent) settlement for attempted extortion (threatening to tell my home country's consulate that I wasn't paying rent, as if they'd give a shit) and habitability issues after I stopped paying rent,

  • $35,000 (all cash, 30k from the landlord and 5k from AirBNB) for cancelling my AirBNB reservation after the landlord found out I was a lesbian and also after I started complaining about the heating,

  • $15,000 (all cash, 10k from the landlord and 5k from AirBNB) for cancelling my AirBNB reservation after I complained to the District Attorney about price gouging (this guy actually refunded me my month's rent of his own volition, which is why it's so low),

  • Currently have one case in the works where I've stayed for six months without paying rent and the landlord tried to open the door on me and deactivated my front door code in an attempt to make me leave.

It's likely a little different in Alabama, but forcible eviction is (shock) still illegal there.
