Any recommendations on how to improve? I don’t compete just in this for fun for now!

For me personally, my i prefer to work hamstring for size on the leg curl isolation machine. Varying the orientation of the leg helps me feel and work one part of the muscle over another. Also a small tip for the leg curls: try contracting your glutes before the rep and holding it when doing them, you ll get a much greater activation of the hamstring.

Some people say deadlifts also work the hamstring. Which is true when you want to develop the strength of that muscle and it s ability to work in conjunction with toher muscles but for size? Who the hell does deadlift for size? Deadlift for size just don't work for me. They require a ton of cardio, make your blood pressure swing up and down like a yo-yo, they ll make you puke everywhere
