38 here, not sex in 18 months

small town with very little prospective, my friends have moved on big city (so my social life has been limited), every other man/non binary person (I am female and straight ) who I already know either they are in a committed relationship or I am no interested in them (neither they are interested in me), and I also started a new career few months ago (so I am pretty under pressure to show good results).

Few of times we go outside for drinks or dinner with my colleagues, usually either Friday or Saturday night, but that's it. We do not match as people who would date. We match only to simply hang out.

Also no money to travel to near by towns for hook up. A person that we were partners in the past and still hook up when we see each other, has moved on to a big city because he started his residency program in a hospital that is specific for the specialty he chosen. During the pandemic, as you know, unfortunately, medical education was thrown out of the window, and were all hands on deck for cov-19. So we haven't seen each other for a long time :(
