Has anyone ever bought a rug from rugsusa.com?

Omg yes I have two and I’ll never go back!! I’m going to write a novel because I asked when I was considering ruggable and barely anyone had any info. Here’s everything I can think of about my experience, but let me know if you have any questions. First of all you can get them 15-20% off on the ruggable site with codes, they never do a better discount than that, but a select few styles and sizes are sold on other sites like wayfair/ rugsUSA so you can get better discounts there if you happen to want one that they sell through a third party. I haven’t bought ruggable through RugsUSA but I bought a different rug through them and it was a great experience. I first bought the 6x9 Cambria in Sapphire and I thought it was less vibrant than their ad photos but it looks like they’ve updated the listing photos since I bought it to be more true to color. My big dog peed on it probably 10+ times and it never stained, and only once did it soak through the top layer and that was only a tiny bit so it was still easy to clean up. The super deep blue did fade over time (I’ve had it for about a year and washed it plenty) but I’m not sure if that’s from washing or just general wear, either way it still looks great just not exactly the same color it started as. The other problem I had was the top layer was barely bigger than the bottom layer so it was hard to get it lined up exactly right to hide the bottom layer on all sides. I’ve since bought an 8x10 ruggable and the top layer has plenty of overlap so it’s way easier, but I’m not sure if that’s a change they’ve made to all their rugs since I first purchased or if it’s just a difference between the two sizes. The other thing to be aware of is that if you’re putting it under furniture that can’t be easily scooted out of the way it’s a pain in the ass to get the top layer down. I’ve had it under a U shaped sectional that’s backed up against a wall and a bed and both of those suck, but now I have it under an L shaped sectional and accent chairs and it’s super easy because the accent chairs can move and the chaise lounge part of the sectional is the only thing that the rug has to sit fully under so it’s much easier. That part is hard to explain but if you have questions about your set up I can explain if it will be easy or not. Also putting on the top layer is way easier with two people. Anyways the reason I love them and will never go back is because they’re SO MUCH CLEANER. Like I said, pee comes out no problem, but also I felt like my regular rugs were never fully free of dog hair and dust even after vacuuming and beating them, and the ruggables are legit as clean as new after washing. The 8X10 that I recently bought is the Leelu in black and white and that hasn’t been peed on yet so I can’t speak to whether or not the lighter color will stain, but I highly doubt it after how well my other one washed out. Oh one more thing, they’re definitely flat and not plush like other rugs, but EVERYONE tells me they wouldn’t know it wasn’t a “real” rug looking at it, and it’s still a nice soft feeling under foot. I’m considering getting a traditional rug pad to sit under the ruggable to make it cushier, but it’s not something I notice a lot.
