I've had this issue for two years and have been tracking it. It would always come up negative at the hospital and then positive on microgen. My UA's were almost always normal but every so often a UTI would show up positive for Klebsiella and then go away on it own or with antibiotics. Low to no wbc, no nitrites, but positive for microscopic hematuria. I honestly thought I was losing my mind.

Our situation is probably a little different because I've finally figured out its definitely caused by PID from Klebsiella and I didn't go hard or long enough with the antibiotics. I also didn't always take the right combination. Since you don't have those reproductive organs though you're probably dealing more with prostate but for the same reason. You need a combo of doxy and either Cipro or a second generation cephalosporin to clear it. Doxy is a must but whatever second antibiotic you choose it needs to target and penetrate prostate tissue although I don't know what that would be. :/
