It's very important to have a nuclear option for when you're in a bad spot. Stormhawk axe, black flame tornado, or stormcaller are great aoe ashes that stun lock and deal high damage. Also a rapier with bhs to get away when needed. Also a ranged annoyer like the jar cannon or great bow.

You're build will be hard to invade with because the giant crusher is so slow and easy to punish. Try some dual straight swords or a heavy trusting sword. Hit and run. Learn the map well.
