Wow I feel really bad for anyone who has been in bad pits. I have never had any negative experiences. The last crazy pit I was in was in Jersey at Asbury Lanes for the LS Dunes show and I was 3rd row and it was absolutely insane, so tight and human contact was extreme like we were all on each other and having the best time. We were extremely on each other lol but watched out for each other at the same time. Like yes we ate peoples hair accidentally and our feet didn’t touch the ground at times and at times got buried a little bit but it was all in good fun enjoying the show while also making sure no one was actually dying or getting seriously hurt by us and if so everyone immediately reacted to help them. Mostly everyone was super excited, happy and laughing their asses off. It is absolutely not for everyone. Anyone who can’t handle human contact and has crowd anxiety should NEVER be in a pit and especially not at a hardcore show.
