What is your experience with Asians? Is this all from "research" or do you know Asians IRL on a personal level?

It sounds like you don't actually interact with any IRL because you didn't know these things and you're trying to justify appearance with genetic anomalies. In my opinion, she seems to be designed for aesthetics rather than realism. As someone who grew up with a lot of mixed kids, the hair texture is a red flag to me. All the half asian half white people I know have dark straight hair. Most of them have fair olive skin, and they all have brown eyes of varying shades.

The safest bet, btw, is to just not mention race if it's not relevant. Let people imagine them the way they want.
