Asked EA support how to equip medical crates- responds saying EA is still in the process of playing BF1, so they don't know everything yet. Their game specialist "just started playing the game"

First let me preface- I am in a lot of back pain currently and on heavy medications, so my judgment and self-control are pretty shitty atm, hence me not being as nice as I should have.

Anyways, so I just wanted to know how to equip the medical crate since a google search, reddit search, and ingame asking came up with no answers. His response was that EA hasn't had enough time to check out the game yet to know how to answer. When I asked to speak to someone else, he just disconnected.

This was specifically BF1 game support, why would someone who has never even played the game be helping players? Even more shocking is that he contacted a game specialist who didn't know either.

"Sir, it is true, we are EA, we manufacture this game, and we know how high your expectation unto us, prior to this query. To tell you honestly, our specialist just started playing the game, and I, myself, haven't tried it yet, but hopefully, I can try this one after my shift."

How is someone a specialist when they don't know shit about it?
