I've chosen Windows 8.1 due to it better handling SSD's and for the free upgrade to Windows 10
Not the best quality monitor, but a good budget monitor based on ratings
Any preferences for Firewire, USB or PCI-E? I've chosen the Scarlett 2i2 because of its great ratings on Amazon, and for being considered [one of the best budget audio interfaces by musicradar.com](Focusrite Scarlett 2i2)
