I was raised hunting, I just wanna try with this rifle, I’m also gonna be trying my mosin but that’s much cheaper to shoot, i don’t doubt my skill to kill the deer, I doubt the rifles ability to hit, I have like 3 months before the season starts so I have time to get ammo, in the long run hunting is cheaper than buying meat every week, a deer will last a few weeks, so technically it’s cheaper to buy a box or two of ammo and sight it in, but then I need the same grain as my FMJs to see if it hits the same or if it’s just a little off so I can adjust, and then I’d need to get up the money for it, hunting isn’t the luxury part now lol, it’s the ammo, I was using a 30-30, but you don’t find that anymore since the pandemic, I have my mosin which I will be using, even though it’ll be a pain to move in the blind, and then my Lee, why can’t there still be surplus everywhere for cheap
