Best Suppressor for a 10/22 Carbine?

There are a handful of multi-cal systems, a few of which are assembled in a modular design. The GA Optimus comes to mind at the moment.

Though, like other aspects of this life, there’s a trade-off. Do you want something specialized that offers the absolute best performance, or something that’s “meh” over a broader spectrum.

I’d think many among this community would agree on three primary categories: 1) modular “rimfire” system for lighter cals like .22, 2) modular pistol system in .45 to cover most hand/sub-gun hosts, 3) modular rifle system in 7.62mm for most long guns.

It all kinda depends on what platforms you currently, or plan to, own. Example; a decent modular .30-cal-ish system might work well enough for defense, hunting, and training with common carbine and pistol platforms (using appropriate mounting system) like Grand-Dad’s hunting rifle, that Glock 19 you keep by your side, and the mil-clone AR you have in the works.

I could go on, but I’m new to all this. Maybe someone else can cover things better. I will simply encourage you to take stock of what you have—and those systems whose performance would genuinely be enhanced by running a suppressor—and get whatever modular packages you can reasonably afford following the three categories above.

Godspeed, and all the best.
