Still too limited a view and you're ignoring the examples of possible reimbursement I've given. Also, not talking about exchanges. You comparing a crypto CEX to a bank is silly as fuck. A CEX is only comparable to something like Robinhood which also doesn't have anywhere near the security of a bank. A comparison to a bank would more fairly be a wallet, in crypto. Which have been proven quiet literally unhackable by even the best government agencies. You can't generalize all crypto tech to the bottom of the barrel projects with little to no security, which someone would be foolish to invest in.

The most common problem with crypto hate is the constant surface level understanding of the concept as a whole and generalization of the concept based on very limited examples.
