A woman who got locked out of her Apple account minutes after her iPhone was stolen and had $10,000 taken from her bank account says Apple was 'not helpful at all'

I love how this is the top comment and has a whole slew of replies despite the article very clearly putting this up front:

"She said Apple was unhelpful when she tried to regain access to her Apple account. "

Yes it is mentioned she also talked to apple about the card, but then also talked to Goldman Sachs - but the crux of the article is primarily about her apple account. It's fairly understandable she'd want help from Apple for that. Yet here we are with a bunch of folks like "aaaacccctuaaallllyyyyy it's a Goldman Sachs card!" all replying to each other carrying water for apple here.

This whole thread is a case study in cherry picking the sentence you want to read that fits your preconceived narrative.

(y'all aren't wrong that Goldman Sachs is who is responsible for the card, but many are acting like that was the only / primary issue brought up in the article)
