Brain MRI

Brain MRI

Anybody know how to read mris the impression the dr left is confusing to me haha

  1. No acute intracranial pathology seen.
  2. Scattered several nonspecific small T2 hyperintense foci along the periventricular white matter, suggestive of gliosis. Other possibilities within the differential diagnosis would include inflammatory/autoimmune conditions, demyelinating disease, microvascular ischemic or gliotic changes, vasculitis, chronic migraine headaches amongst others.
  3. 2 small foci of T2 hyperintensity within the cerebellar hemispheres, suggestive of possible small old lacunar infarcts.

My dr thinks I was having Tia attacks I had a brain mri done but not sure how to look at the images
