Does your body ever get used to the constipation?

Have been dealing with this until recently reading a tip to “clear the pipes” and it is a game changer for me!!! Apple Cider Vinegar (the kind with the Mother sediment). I was actively exercising and eating lots of fiber yet I looked 6 months pregnant and felt like I was going to explode every day all day. I added a glass of approx 3-4 tablespoons of ACV to water and voila - the next day all bloating and pressure was gone and bowel movements normal. Feeling deflated and sooooo much better now. Plus I’ve read that ACV has lots of general health benefits too. Give it a try if you have some in your kitchen- but make sure it’s the Braggs brand or another one with the “Mother”.
