the max damage/max skill haste build you can get in 1.8 with max skill haste is 1 ninja bike bag. 2 classified banshee for the 10% damage to targets out of cover. 2 predator for the 8% smg + ar damage buff and reload speed buff. And finally 1 tactician to get the 50% max skill haste. Roll skill haste everything with 4 mods too to get max skill haste. note = lonestar gives you 20% shotgun and lmg damage / you lose skill haste ( you can never max it out). 5 predator gives you 16% smg + ar damage max skill haste isnt possible. hexotic builds with a skulls mc glove may give you 16% dmg to all weapons but again max skill haste isnt possible. 5 banshee is the same 15% extra damage without max skill haste.
