That’s surprising. I have last years batch and this years as well as retail. Both batches are just as puffy as my retail and are high quality. Both were left to hang for several hours then scrunched up by hand. The logo positioning on the arms of both batches is identical to the one you’ve linked to and everything else looks identical to my navy one bought last year which includes the middle diamond squares missing but aligned corners. My black retail isn’t aligned in the corners as stated so it’s not too much of a big deal. Lighting is the only thing looks bit different - of both the white strips and the shoulders of the navy one. But honestly, I can’t see the justification for the higher price when it literally looks identical to last years batch.
