I think we can all agree on this

The movement has more weight to it (more ground friction I think) and feels more refined like it was in CS 1.6. People are saying the movement is slower, which is kind of misleading, because the 'fast' movement in CS:GO made it so that you could jiggle peak corners rather than actually having to commit to peaking. Combine this with CS:GO's netcode and even if you're just holding an angle, you're jiggle peaking it to try and get the peaker's advantage. I always thought this jiggle peak meta made CS:GO feel more like an arcade version of CS rather than the much more methodical ("slow") game that CS 1.6 was.

Valorant's gunfights come really close to how CS 1.6's felt, way closer than CS: Source and CS:GO. I'm not sure if it's the bullet accuracy, the netcode, or something else combined with the movement, but the game has a consistent feeling to it that I could never capture with CS:GO.
