Can employers deny WFH requests as a reasonable accommodation?

They employed you to be at the workplace. I'm assuming you had this disability prior to companies allowing people to work from home?

Work places accommodate people with disabilities, if you spoke with your company about this they are obligated to work with you to allow your time in the office to be easier but they don't HAVE to let you work at home.

It doesn't matter how much you want to work from home or how much you think it would be easier for you to work from home they would have advised you what the working conditions were when you first applied. If they didn't say during application or in your employment contract "this is a WFH hybrid position" then they have no obligation to allow you to WFH.
