Duty of Care for outside incident?

They can and are required to remove her from the workplace if she is a danger to herself or others. She cannot be allowed to remain in an operational work space if she is deemed at risk of further harm to herself, or a source of harm to the health safety and welfare of another person through her inability to perform work safely, comply with directions as to health safety and welfare and maintain the ability to ensure her own health safety and welfare.

She should’ve been supported properly through her understandable and foreseeable trauma response to an incident on the way home from work, and removed from the site entirely in the most safe and expedient manner possible given the circumstances.
