I'm aware that anyone can call themselves a counselor you technically don't even need a qualification to be one. That's the thing nowhere on the website does it specify what qualifications/experience they have. There is no where stating it and when you chat to the person they act like they are a mental health professional. It's only when I asked them what qualifications they had did it come out that they had none and they had life experience with tough times or something like that.
The website itself is even strange like it's a mental health initiative but from the first glance it seems like a website selling coffee, it's only when you scroll down do you read about mental health.
