NO. I would highly advise against this.
Despite the shortcomings of original "ceremony" that zcl inherited (and Peter Todd's skepticism about whether or not ZCL's ceremony was truly a multiparty computation), trying to reaceate a ceremony will be BAD for ZCL. Part of the trusted nature of ZCL is the fact that it was forked from a coin that is legitimate, but minus the morally disreputable founders fee. ZCL community does not have the reputation within itself to be cable to do this is a trustworth manner. Also, the trusted setup only affects inflation (the printing of knew coins essentially) and this is NOT a problem in ZCL given that almost all transactions thus far appear to be T->T and there is no suspicion that anyone is printing money in ZCL or ZCash.
