So it states that they have no liability for damages, which is fine since the car isn't actually damaged. It basically says that I can pursue arbitration and go to small claims court if I'm "unsuccessful in resolving a dispute" within 60 days. If they aren't willing to reimburse me, at least for some of the costs, that is what I want to pursue. I guess I'm just concerned that it would somehow be turned around as something I did wrong, releasing them from having to do anything. In the end, I'm just frustrated that I even got there 2 hours before my reservation was supposed to end, and my $10.50 parking spot turned into $875 that I really didn't need to spend.
