Well instead of deflecting to my post history you could always explain how the definition of concentration camp doesn’t apply here? I’ll help you with one definition to critique:

“A camp where persons are confined, usually without hearings and typically under harsh conditions, often as a result of their membership in a group the government has identified as dangerous or undesirable.”

Most of these comparisons are being made after stories of mistreatment, nontreatment of disease, separation and incarceration of a people without trial or hearing, etc. These are all bullet pointed events that have happened in the history of multiple instances of concentration camps.
