agree, there's a double standard of male rappers having to be these thugs who have done a ton of illegal shit to get street cred (I'm not endorsing this stereotype I'm simply stating something that does exist) and no one blinks an eye. cardi b admits to doing some bad shit and then people hate her for it like bruh robbing people is a common thing in rap songs and Chris brown abused rihanna and his career is fine. as for the druging thing I don't have another example but the point is rappers do bad shit and no one cares. the amount of hate cardi's getting in this comment section seems like just an excuse to hate on her cause you don't like her
