Cat is broken

The cat is just goofing off. I know my dog does something a little similar, and it's really just about being excited or over-simulated (but not in a way that is negative).

Fatalistic thinking like that is probably not a good idea, and dismissing people who call out incorrect anthropomorphism and misunderstanding of animal behavior (expecting animals to act like humans or thinking abnormal behavior is funny) is an even worse idea. I don't know why, especially on Reddit, people are so quick to think animals can act "funny" (they can, naturally...but if something is wrong, then something is wrong) and complain when somebody educated calls it out.
