MS outside India.

MBA after joining bank, investment bank, consulting.

Also if you are on reddit. You can almost be certain, tumse Naa ho payega. But the good thing is a well thought out,planned and executed btech from tier 2/3 is much better than iit.

Infact if i knew what I know now, I would recommend everyone take it easy for jee, learning computer science in depth would vastly outstrip iit no cs/it . But your social network will matter much more in getting referrals.

Masters ke liye college mein GPA 9+ rakhni hoti hai, placement ke liye 6.5+, and for some companies 7.5,8,9+ . And join some student project(formula car, nano satellite building, software startup), and do some fake charity work for masters.

Unless you want to go into research as a professor, your job won't require much book knowledge. The scientific processes are companies are extremely fine tuned by processes that you just go with the flow on the basis of the basic knowledge you gain in college.
