• Squads of 10 foot soldiers with pykes and swords will be complimented with one two bowman. For each platoon of 4 fighting squads an additional support squad of one two longbowman and one dual hammer wielding berserker. Infantry Companys will be commanded by a Captain, and be composed of 4 platoons of line soldiers as described. Each company will also be allotted one chow daddy with ample wooden spoonage sufficient for meats ready to eat (MRE's) at any time- foodstuffs subsistence.

• All Bolton forces will be supplied with a full compliment of chain mail, Bolton over-garment colors of the Flayed Man, foot and toe protectors, elk-skin gloves, pounded metal helmets of approved design, and thermal underwear as desired. Karstark forces will be granted helmets and gloves, with priority given to cavalry troopers. Umber men, one a case by case basis, may be given any remaining leftover armor and uniforms that are not Bolton in style and design. Longbow men will be given ample time to cut those stupid weirwood trees in the Stark Godswood to make their arrows. Catapultmen and trebuchetist may use the carved stone from the crypts as ammunition as time permits. Mounted cavalry has first dibs in the chow line. Battle Captains will maintain all reserve forces at the ready for action position on first engagement of predecessory lines. These forces in secondary and third-line positions will be ready to assume advanced position within 60 caulks of the crow.
  

7. Probable course of enemy action with Bolton Loyalist Response:

• It is anticipated that the ragtag disorganized enemy will attack full-frontage enmass without any sense of organization nor command and control. Once engaged, these enemy Wildlings will find their stone-age weaponry of clubs little use against modern steel; this will result in complete breakdown of enemy forces into dispersed pockets of retreat. Bolton loyal houses will then attack in force using an enveloping maneuver followed by mounted cavalry cleanup.
  

1. Mission and concept

• King Ramsay has directed all forces to halt hostilities if an opportunity for General vs General engagement is presented.
  

**2. Umber forces will maintain right flank until signaled to converge at center in pyke and shield line. Karstark foot soldiers forces will be similarly deployed to left flank. Karstark mounted cavalry will be at ready position for signal to charge center of opposing for lines. No cavalry flanking movements are anticipated at this time. Bolton longbow men and short arrow archers will be positioned to form an L to the windward side of combatants and directed to fire into the fray all all targets, foe and friend alike, if need be. (NOTE: Do not tell the Umbers and Karstarks this part of the OP PLAN - this is secret). Battlefield commanders are directed to always keep Bolton forces in the high ground in precedent over the friendly forces of those loyal houses to the great King Ramsay's defenses. Under no circumstances will any House have ground higher than Bolton held ground.

3. Units providing fire support:

• Umber forces will be granted three catapults for use as battery-level and battalion-level direct raid close-range fire support. Karstark reserve forces will man four tebuchets in general strike support artillery at the division level of operation. Bolton forces will man two catapults and two trebuchets in general and on-call fire order opportunity strikes at the corps level. Red-ball maintenance of weaponry will be provided by a detail of 20 good men.
  

C. Attachments/Detachments

• Teams of 5 attack/hunting dogs each will be attached to each battalion for discretionary use by each commander. Once picket lines are engaged, these dogs shall be detached from their non-organic assignments to come directly under the command and control of King Ramsay himself. King Ramsay has stated that once cleanup measures have commenced he would like all of his stable of dogs to be presented for the final hunt of AWOL and diserter enemy forces. Per the King, special attention will be given to women and children Wildlings.

III. Execution

• Intent is total war and total death to all enemy combatants, women, and children, and any animals they possess. King Ramsay's vision is that all men will serve him and if necessary all men must die in this service until triumphant victory is achieved.
• A. Concept of the Operation: Each squad, platoon, and company level unit will depart the assembly are just outside of the Winterfell gate for deployment following King Ramsay's speech of Courage. Then once positioned each element will hold in the defense until ordered to attack. On given order each echelon will continue to attack, attack, and attack until the enemy is defeated.
• The mission essential tasks are to: prepare weaponry; identify approaching enemy; setup perimeter defenses around Winterfell (Bolton troops); setup front picket line forces; emplace secondary and third level defense forces; position catapults and trebuchets for maximum effective kill radius zone fire bases; amply supply each direct and indirect fire base with rocks and decaying pale mare horses; engage enemy. Command to engage will be given by battalion level commanders. Cavalry will be under direction of King Ramsay himself. NOTE: no medevac is available at any time as that is a waste of resources and dogfood. There are not designated rally points as we do not anticipate a drawn out battle. The objective is to hold and defend Winterfell, and to kill all enemies. Once this mission is complete all residual forces will prepare for an attack to the South.
• Maneuver: Umber and Karstark forces will form a picket line of shielded pykes converging in a straight wall to the face of the opponent. Once engaged cavalry will enter into the midst for mounted assault.
• Rules of Engagement (ROE). Enemy forces will be engaged at first contact to death.
• Personnel: Replacement companies will be moved to front line as needed.
• There are to be no Enemies Prisoners of War (EPWs)
• Command & Signal: As enemy approaches flayed men will be set afire in a show of psychological superiority
