Aha! I saw the issue with the mole and was convinced there must be a solution to this and after a bit of tinkering I think I've found it.
I used a belt with belt holes that don't disappear when you remove the belt's black lined. I colored the belt the same skin tone and voila! :http://imgur.com/a/xZUcX
There are some hangups with it. One being that in order for a belt to be up there, I needed to place it on the second to highest layer at least, so you'll have to make it not visible when she's not shirtless, otherwise you'll see a floating, flesh-colored belt over her shirt. Its outline also clips when zooming in and out or rotating the belt or the whole person (if perfectly vertical, it doesn't clip at all, as seen in the image I provided). Not a perfect solution, but a somewhat less tedious solution than having to manually photoshop the mole in on every image.

It'll have all her cloths on with the mole fix still visible. All you have to do is switch it on and off when she's shirtless.
