Set aside some "you time" and join activities in the community you enjoy (harder in clown hell world, I know). Your campus will offer a wide variety of things to do like homie above said. But keep in mind that you don't want to overexert yourself with too many extracurricular activities because they do be cutting into your academic efforts. Also join digital spaces that have similar interests (but leave if they turn toxic). Try to plan an adventure with your friend during breaks between semester if they can. If not, ask them if they can share their schedule so you all can plan out something really cool together to reward yourselves for working so hard. Remember that even within your loneliness you are not alone at all.
