I guess Crowdtap was too good to be true. I saw a recommendation for it here recently, and it looked really promising with how simple the surveys were and how quickly I was able to reach my first redemption reward goal. However, I requested a $10 gift card on the 29th, and now it says that my reward status is "failed", and I did not receive my points back. My account is still active, I still have a lot of survey on my dashboard I'm able to complete. I contacted support obviously, but even if they do resolve my issue, it leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I received no email that my reward redemption failed, so had I not checked I would have given them even more free data from surveys on my dashboard. Even janky ass Survey Junkie delivered my hard-earned point redemption without issues.
