So, I'm not a drag queen, but I do tend to drag up for fancy dress a lot and being a perfectionist nutcase have watched hundreds of hours of tutorials to do it well. My advice:

You need to go bigger. The secret to eyes is fake lashes, at least 2 pairs, preferably 3 or 4. Go nuts, it makes all the difference. You could try a white underline like others have suggested, but that makes your eyes look bigger and you've already got quite big (and nice) eyes, so IMO you don't really need to do that. Eyeliner will also help make them pop, just keep in mind that the more lash you do the thicker your line should be. As far as brands, I swear by Urban Decay (their makeup fixing spray is a marvel as well). Jeffree star stuff is also pretty good, but I stopped buying that when I discovered what a massive cunt JS actually is and decided I didn't want to give him any more money.

Brows - if glue isn't getting the result you want (I also have difficult brows), a small amount of muk hair clay applied before the glue will help stick them up. If that fails, check out Willam Belli's technique of using tape to on your forehead to pull the brows up into an arch, he uses a sticky tape but I prefer surgical tape (you can get good stuff on ebay) if you want it to last the night and you really need a wig to hide the tape.

Out of all the tutorials I've watched, the ones I'd recommend the most are from Jaymes Mansfield (criminally under rated queen), they're really easy to follow, you get great results and he tries to keep it as basic as possible in terms of how many different things you need.
