Daily Thread - September 23, 2022

I've been back in to lifting for around 6 weeks, nearing the end of week 4 of GZCLP.

I've ran out previously and then moved on to jnt, so I've experienced higher volume before. Had a significant amount of time off so I'm basically back to base level strength, although it's coming back quick.

My question is, should I add in any T2s (incline bench, front squat etc.) for some extra volume, while my main lifts are still progressing comfortably? Usually have a bit left in the tank at the end, and I'm running with 3 T3s at the moment.

Would it be beneficial for strength/size while my lifts are still on the lighter side? Or should I just wait until I've started to stall on the T1s?
