Weekly Wrap Up: Post your wins and fails. Questions and answers.

Question: I am switching from GZCLP from another beginner program. I can workout Sunday-Monday-Wednesday-Friday. GZCLP is structured such that T1s and T2s mainly work different muscle groups, which in general makes sense to me. But I am finding that on the second of two consecutive days all of my lifts feel like trash. My inclination is to re-order things such that Sun-Mon is more of an upper-lower split. Does that seem like a reasonable modification? Or would it be better to dial down intensity? Or just grit it out?

F31, have inconsistently trained over the last decade or so if that matters. Got back in the gym in April after only running for the previous year. Goal is general strength gains, not training for any particular sport.
