every 20 sales or so someone will make a weak complaint or give 3-4 stars just because of something out of my control. A few refunds due to Mercaris Bots not knowing how to do anything and allowing scammers to outright lie. People with high ratings are usually the most bitter when they see a new seller doing well and will report you to Mercari. Mercari has no real support and a bot will never answer any of your questions unless you spam 30 messages. I at least can call and get a human on the phone from other services. Mercari seems to be dropping their support where I live anyway because they got a million dollar deal to grow in another country so I feel like its time I just close shop and leave. I was here when they first started and its a shame to see that they never grew or became anything good.
