Agreed that they didn’t say anything rude but it was just extremely off behavior. I mean I get that my other 5 stars definitely make up for it, but it still sucks knowing I put my everything into it just to be docked for everything I know I excelled in. I’m pretty sure it was on purpose though, because I wasn’t their first experience on mercari and they definitely know my ship time and communication time was asap. If they were confused, i’m sure they still would’ve rated me 5 stars. But considering they spent the second to mark off a star i think the “things to improve” wasn’t confusion. Idk I just feel like people won’t exactly get the anger until it happens to them. I don’t care that they didn’t say anything bad but I care for everything else considering I put in my own time to do everything right just to have a public review showing that “i didn’t”
