[Serious] What’s the worst thing somebody has ever done to you?

I suffered from repeated sexual assault, physical and psychological aggression during 3 and a half years from my ex. One time, he choked me till I fainted. I had no self worth left. I felt disgusting. He continue to isolate me until my “friend” helped me to leave.

My only “friend” at the moment took advantage of it, and continue to lower my self steem while forcing sexual and intimacy interactions. He told me that he would left me alone if I tried to meet another man. When I was meeting another person, he drugged me one night and assaulted me.

I tried to kill myself several times during this times, unsuccessfully as you can see. 6 years after I have severe PTSD
