Devoted soldier

This guy in particular was harmless and it showed a pretty significant gesture. When you are actually in service for those that don’t know, there’s a huge stigma against combining uniform/rank and personal political opinion. Not only are they suspect of being punished immediately but it alienates you from anybody you work with.

Generally the people that do it are the same type of hicks that go on idealogical rant on social media and look like clowns. Soon as those morons stoop to that level it’s a countdown of when they get stripped of rank. The branches themselves are incredibly unbiased in that regard.

If there wasn’t that stigma and articles against it, imagine how worse of a cesspool social media/irl protests would be if everybody was injecting authority into everything they were saying, because of wearing their old uniform.
