Did anyone else experience constipation after starting raw til 4? Any advice?

long and kinda desperate sounding, be warned!

when i first started eating high carb two years ago it improved my digestion to a point where i didn't have to think about it anymore! i was eating insane amounts of food and taking the biggest, whole, fluffy, shits and it was great. i even started to slack off with the healthy parts of veganism and would eat out at vegan diners and vegan donut shops alllll the time but nothing could stop my digestion from being so awesome! it was wonderful, as i've always had digestive issues my whole life.

fast forward to the present (for about a year now), i can't shit right anymore (without lots and lots of help from external stimulants)! i attribute this to starting to play around with toys, anally, about a year ago, and not really being careful with the lubes i chose? i'm not sure exactly, but it's around the same time i started having problems. i had a period of eating like total shit around that time (had a big move back home) and it all just stopped working flawlessly as it had been for a year.

now i'm eating super healthy again, high carb, lots and lots of fruit - the same as when i was shitting effortlessly - and i still can't shit right! it's so frustrating! i've tried drinking wayyyy more water than usual, probiotics (which just make me dependent), kimchi, kombucha, all those fermented things i used to consume religiously before / while i had success in the bathroom, not eating past dinner so i have a full 10-12 hours to digest, even fucking enemas because of my desperation! and nothing's worked.

it's so frustrating, and i smell like shit all the time because of the many many pounds of food hanging out in my gut for far too long (i weigh myself before and after every bowel movement - when i take a miracle shit (like one last week) i weigh 145lbs, today i weigh 152. i'm an avid cyclist and i eat low fat, high carb, so it's not weight gain). what i'm thinking is, maybe i ruined my gut and i'll just have to be a slave to a morning coffee (laxative of choice i guess) and crazy probiotics just to be "regular" again? the only thing that seems to help (other than outside help) is skipping a meal, but then i feel like utter shit because i'm missing out on calories.

i don't know what to say other than good luck with your troubles! if you figure anything out that works for you, i'm all ears.
