Why did South Sudan, Liberia, Niger, Somalia, the Central African Republic not recognize Croatia?

The Croatian War of Independence was not a "civil war". The reason for that is that the Serbian minority openly carried out terrorist attacks on Croatian territory, led by the authorities from Belgrade, which was unconstitutional according to the constitution of the former SFRY. Furthermore, the goal of the Serbs was not to remove the newly elected government in Croatia, but to aggressively occupy all territories (including BiH) up to "Virovitica - Karlovac - Karlobag" and ethnically cleanse all non-Serbs from those territories. Furthermore, Croatia was internationally recognized by other countries, so the establishment of the so-called "SAO Krajina" - a puppet state by Serbs on Croatian territory, is not only unconstitutional, but it is unrecognized at the international level and established by the JNA (from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina). Conclusion: there was no civil war, but an aggressive attack on Croatia from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina (from Bosnian Serbs)
