A few months back, my mom and I were driving through downtown LA while it was super traffic-y due to construction, so we were basically stopped next to a crosswalk for a while.

I look out the window and see an Asian dude 10 feet away from me who didn't look like he was from the U.S. I figured he was a tourist. Then a tall guy who looks exactly like Dean walks over to him.

I start wondering out loud if that was Dean while my mom kept asking who Dean was lol. But then I thought, "why would Dean be casually walking around downtown without a camera crew or a swarm of fans around him?" So I was convinced that it wasn't him and we just drove off.

I ended up checking his Instagram later that week out of suddenly rekindled curiosity to find a pic of him wearing the exact same shirt the guy who "looked" like Dean was wearing, along with the caption, "LA again".

Such a shame, too, because I heard he's really sweet and approachable. I totally would have jumped out of the car to tell him how much I love his music!

Oh, and I actually went to middle school and high school with SNSD's Tiffany, lol.
