I love the vibe and style of the dining room. That table is a nice piece.

The living room is overly white and lacking texture, like you can have a neutral pallete and break it up with different textures (maybe in accent pieces, like you tried with the throw). Just a thought...With the living room, i don't know where my eye should go, it sort of moves toward the blanket, but it feels disjointed. With the dining room, my eye goes to the table, then chairs, then the wallpaper in the background, it feels cohesive.

Maybe have a statement piece to anchor the living room, perhaps a stronger piece be the coffee table, like you did with the dining table and chairs.
