i dont feel lovable because im ugly

Ugly compared to what? Compared to who? And who decided that that was 'pretty'?

Ridiculous, really, the norms in this day and age. You're not ugly. No one's ugly. You just are what you are and that's that.

Do you go into a forest and call a tree ugly? What about a brook? What about the sky? Or do you just enjoy it for the radiance and nourishment that it provides?

People who are obsessed with appearance don't feel very deeply. If someone's judging you based on your appearance, they're missing out on life and you should feel sorry for them.

There's no such thing as ugly. Radical concept in this day and age, normal in healthy communal compassionate and deeplyfeeling indigenous tribes.

Our body is just a vessel for our souls. Who we are inside, our character, the person seated inside... this is where the beauty lies.

One can morph and unmorph their minds to see beauty OR ugliness in everything. Standards of beauty are a construct. Unfortunately a convincing one given the disgusting influence of the media today. When one has been brainwashed with bullshit, that's all they can see.

You are you. There is no you that is youer than you. You are a special soul on this planet. You have a mission and you have much influence available at your fingertips. Cover up the mirror if you must and connect with yourself. Who you are, all your attributes, all your capabilities, the way you make others feel, the way you make yourself feel,...

Then, when you are finally disabused of these toxic constructs, remove the cover from the mirror and look into your own eyes. You will see beauty in splendour, endlessly. You will see your own energy animating the body you live in, the eyes you live in, you will feel yourself emanating through your reflection and you will see what another has the potential to see in you.

You're not ugly. You're not pretty. You just are what you are and that is beautiful.
